TAXES
Israeli residents are subject to VAT tax and this will be added to the final
invoice total.
Art from Israel is not responsible for paying or collecting any local or state
taxes outside of Israel.
Any taxes applicable in the country of destination are payable by
the purchaser.
RETURNS
- Items that are fundamentally different to the 'description' can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price
- Notification of intent to return must be made within 48 hours of receipt of item.
- Refund will be made for item only and not for P & P fees
- The buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs related to returning the goods
- Refunds will be made via PayPal.
- Should an item be damaged in transit, the delivery note must be marked accordingly and we must be notified immediately, if possible with a photo of the container and item.
